"I am a busy mom but I love your shows... I listen to all of your shows because the station I listen to plays your shows all weekend long! I want to commend you on your trivia knowledge of the 80's and I am also getting into your 60's shows as well. I think you are very funny and really good at what you do. You remind me of a few good radio guys here in the States, but your accent really makes the shows unique and fun!"
"Superb interview - you covered so much ground with concise method and articulation. Your informative background research/knowledge was compelling, and, in my opinion, was highly commendable."
"Excellent, coherent, detailed, witty, and, totally professional. Congratulations! You lead the interview along with such informative ease, and this skill is evident from start to finish. Well done..."

"Without wishing to sound too narcissistic your interview actually made me sound like a real International Rock Star when of course I'm just a complete fraud!!! Thanks for your support dude..."
"I've been doing Radio interviews for the band for many many years now. Face to face interaction is far easier as you know, but I must say how fluid and easy this phone interview was. You clearly know your stuff and that was very apparant not only throughout the interview but prior as I was listening via the internet to get a feel for the show and it's presenter. All very, very pro, well informed and entertaining.
Loved the chance to respond to emails you had received, it was very flattering to get them and very good of you to request them from your listeners. Great show, keep up the good work. Would love to come and visit one day when in the area."
"Thank you very much, felt that went very well. Good to plug the gig as well."
"I do many radio interviews throughout the year and going on your show is always a particularly enjoyable one. You always make me feel welcome and in turn the interview transforms into an informal chat, which is a great way of opening out the conversation into something interesting. I look forward to another 'chat' in the future. All the very best, and keep a little Marc in your heart..."
"Great Interview... thanks Geoff!"

"I really enjoyed this interview because [Geoff & Gary] asked good questions that were based on a timelinestarting back in early '60s Hollywood all the way up to present... even finishing the show with a recent recording of mine. They brought up highlights in my career before, during, and after The Walker Brothers. The interview had a nice relaxed atmosphere, and I look forward to talking with them in the future."

"I listened to the whole show at home on the interweb! I thought it was the best yet. I like to fact that you know more about the past than some of the guests can remember (must be the booze etc!). I thought the continuity through the interviews was really tightespecially between the speech and the featured track. Straight in, tight cue, totally professional."
"It was a pleasure talking with you. I'll be happy to do it again next time I'm over."
"Nearly all the Sundays [papers] carried a photo, and most of them named us- but you got the exclusive!"
"Thanks for a very professional interview last Monday night. Even the slight hiccup with the telephones didn't throw you and we had a lovely relaxed chat on air. Just the way it should be."

July 2009
"It was really great – very natural – very entertaining..."
"Word from around this side of the pond is that the interview was FANTASTIC!! Not only were they thrilled with it's liveliness (and the banter between all of you was upbeat and superb!), but quite a few remarked about how well it was constructed: to-the-point, one question leading into the next, very precise. The only critique, otherwise, was that it was too SHORT! The Fore's fans are definitely hungry for all they can hear about and/or from the band. Of course, I know you have time restraints.
Very upbeat, precise, and insightful! Quite professional, yet with a style that made the listener feel you were right there with him/her, relaxed and jovial!
I've downloaded the interview, sent the link via email, Twittered, Facebooked and Rock-Talked it as well as posting it on blogs, and have already burned CDs for people here in this area. Also, I've pitched the show to at least a dozen radio stations and am awaiting word from them. You and Gary did a fab job on the interview, and the lads are always at the top of their game, with the best personalities as well as music in the rock business!
Again, congratulations! You did an outstanding job, and I'm now tuning in every chance that I get!!"
"Many thanks... it sounded great. I have 'twittered' the audio and we are getting a great response..."
"Thanks for the opportunity of joining you at Express FM last night for the Soft Rock Show! It was refreshing to join a knowledge-based show where I could relate to the questions and even remember some of the answers. Your relaxed 'double act' created a must-listen show, great stuff! I will be back..."
"It's always a pleasure to work with the 'Soft Rock' show - we'll be back again because we feel like we're working with a genuine guy, who wants real music on his show."
"It [the interview] sounded great fun!"
"Thank you for a very interesting interview, and thanks also for playing the Behind Blue Eyes track. We really appreciate all your effort and help to promote this gig, and all the other venues that you help out."
"I have been a guest on many radio shows in Europe and the USA, and I must congratulate you both on one of the most enjoyable and professional interviews I have given. You have the ability to make your guests feel immediately at home, and you show a sincere interest in the artist, which is most encouraging and makes the whole experience very special."
June 2009
"Listened back to the interview... sounded pretty good to me. I have to let you in on a secret though please forgive me for this, but I have to tell you coz it's quite amusing!
I'm normally a bit of a fitness bodI run and play footie when I can usually a couple of times a week when I'm not touring. Anyway, the day of our interview for Forest FM I had just run over to see my brother at his mate's house to play pool with him for an hour when you called me for the interview. My confession to you is that you is I'm not normally that chilled during them... normally I get quite nervous. I was a bit wary of listening back in case I sounded ridiculous... Thanks again for the interview and for your support. MUCH appreciated and speak to you again soon I hope."
"It was a pleasure talking with you. I'll be happy to do it again next time I'm over."
"Great interview, keep up the good work."
"What a great interview. You got him telling you stories that I've not even heard yet!"
"Thanks to you and your team for the live session and interview with David Knopfler. Your show not only presents great talent to your audience it also assists the local promoters in putting on good quality artists at your local venues. In particular I find live music played in live session very interesting and the songs that David played gave a good flavour of his live perfromance's on this tour. Thank you for your support of David and of The Cellars date played last Friday."
"A grand time was had by all"
"Thank you for sending through the interview with Carol, it sounded great!"
"Pleased it went well... I listened in to most of it and thought David sounded well on form. You run a very good show!"
"You're a star!"
"It was a great lively interview! Cheers!"

"Brilliant Geoff and much appreciated thanks again for doing this! Keep in touch!"
"Nice one... in fact, brilliant!! I like the country legends gang and also thanks for the plug."
"Many thanks for doing the interview, had a listen and it sounded good."
"Had a listen to the interviewsounded great!"
"There are good radio presenters and there are brilliant ones, these guys fall into to the latter category. Lead singer Tony Harte from the Honeycombs band was made to feel extremely welcome when interviewed and it was clear from the questions he was asked that the presenters knew all about the 60s scene and the subject matter. Genuine enthusiasm came across and on a live radio programme this is critical. Geoff and Andy also took time out to come along to the show at the Regent and had a chat with some of the artistes taking part which included the Honeycombs, The Fortunes, Billie Davis, Wee Willie Harris and Gary Walker from the Walker Brothers. We hope to bring a similar show back next year and will definitely be contacting Geoff and Andy. All the best for continued success with your programme and keep up the great work!"

"I listened to the MP3 and thought you did us proud and I thank you for that. You maintained the humour as well as giving us some great plugs."
"Thanks for all your time and the interview, I enjoyed it... hope I didn't sound too nervous! Your questions & chat were great and made me feel as relaxed as I could in a live interview. Glad to see that the competion winners enjoyed the show..."

"It was fun speaking with you the other night. Great interview mate. You actually made me sound reasonably intelligent!
